@Stork thanks for that habanero recipes link. I made that jam last night


and it is delightful. For breakfast I had some toast, buttered w/Irish butter, threw some jam on it and a fried egg and pulled pork. That was absolutely delicious. On it's own the jam is pretty dang hot, on that toast more of the sweetness came through. That was something to behold.
